Construction of a new 5-story, 76,000 square foot storage facility, which included full Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems design, as well as a performance-based schematic Fire Protection design, for the sales office, storage, and covered loading areas.

Upfit of a new 3,600 square foot craft brewery and tasting room in an existing building located in Wilmington, North Carolina.  The project included full Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems design for brewery, kitchen, bar, and tasting room areas. In addition, new electrical and plumbing utility services were added to the building.
